US returns are hassle-free and FREE through our automated return portal.
Items may be returned within 15 days for store credit. Store credit does not expire.

If the order qualifies for a return fill out the form in our return portal.
Once the return is accepted an email with a return shipping label will be sent to customer.
After the items have been received and approved, store credit will be processed within 1-2 days by way of a gift card to the email associated with the order.
The return portal is for US customers only.
International customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend international customers use a tracking postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
For all returns outside of the US use our Contact Us Form. Customer must receive a return confirmation email from us before mailing their return.
Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you wish to exchange simply complete the return through our automated return portal and use the refunded store credit to place a new order.
